ZZOMBEE – Filtremulator
A fully analog multi-effect that fuses fuzz, filter, tremolo, and a synthy low octave into a wildly expressive tone machine.
It features three filter modes — ramp, LFO, and random pattern — that let you sweep like a wah, pulse like a synth, or dive into unpredictable textures. Pair those with three amplitude modes: from smooth volume swells to classic tremolo, to the never beefore heard cross-tremolo, which pulses between your dry signal and a low octave.
With real-time modulation control and onboard memory for up to 5 presets, the ZZOMBEE is more than an effect — it’s an extension of your instrument.

Filtremulator Engine
Three filter modes: ramp, LFO, and random — ranging from classic sweeps to glitchy, reactive modulation.

Amplitude Modulation
Swells, tremolo, and the signature cross-tremolo shape your signal with movement and depth.

Live Reactive Control
A momentary footswitch lets you ramp, retrigger, and perform modulation live, adding dynamic feel to your playing.

COMMON QUESTIONS
What makes the ZZOMBEE different from other multi-effects?
It blends analog fuzz, filter, tremolo, and modulation with real-time control and deep routing options — all in one expressive, performance-ready unit.
What is Cross-Tremolo?
A Beetronics-original tremolo effect that alternates between your clean signal and a low octave, creating a rhythmic, synthy pulse.
How do the random filter patterns work?
The random filter mode generates over 65,000 unique modulation sequences. You can scroll through them and save your favorites into any of the 5 onboard preset slots.
Can I assign effects independently?
Yes. You can apply the filter to either the fuzz or the sub-octave, and modulate amplitude separately. Each section works independently or together.
Is it compatible with bass and synths?
Yes — especially the filter and modulation sections. The sub-octave, however, is tuned and tracked specifically to work best with guitar signals.
What kind of power does it require?
9V DC center-negative (standard pedalboard supply).
Does it support external control?
Yes. It includes tap tempo, external tap, expression out, CV input, and preset recall.
Is it true bypass?
Yes. It’s fully true bypass when not engaged.
