SHIPPING
For pedals in stock, we ship orders placed by 1 PM PST on the same day. If placed after that time, it will ship on the next business day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays.
If you placed a Custom Order, shipping times may vary. We recommend reaching out to your bee representative to get an estimated shipping date.
UNITED STATES: US orders ship for FREE. Most of the time, we use USPS or UPS for US orders, depending on which is faster. If you prefer next day shipping, you can choose that option and pay for it.
INTERNATIONAL: We ship internationally using DHL. You also have the option to prepay for customs and taxes to avoid any surprises upon delivery. DHL is typically fast, with delivery times ranging from 2-7 business days. If you prefer another shipping method, feel free to reach out via email, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
RETURNS
At Beetronics, we proudly stand behind our products with a 14-day money-back guarantee (shipping not included). Should your Beetronics purchase fail to meet your expectations, simply drop us an email within 14 days of receiving your order to request an RMA form.
Once you've secured your RMA form, it's time to send your product back to us. Use a reliable shipping service like UPS ground or FedEx ground, and don't forget to enclose the completed RMA form within the package.
To be eligible for a full refund, your returned product must be in pristine condition and packaged in its original wrapping. Please be aware that any signs of wear or abuse, or the absence of accessories, could result in a minimum 15% restocking fee or store credit only. We reserve the right to reject returns for excessively worn items.
For your peace of mind, ensure your return shipment is tracked and its full value declared to avoid any complications.
Bear in mind that return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we've received your RMA form, act swiftly to return the associated item, ensuring it arrives at our facility within 7 days. Returns arriving more than 7 days after the RMA request may not be accepted.
Upon the safe receipt and inspection of your returned product, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
PRIVACY POLICY
At Beetronics, we prioritize the privacy of our customers. We don't trade in your personal information, such as email addresses or telephone numbers, with third parties. Your phone number remains in our records solely for the purpose of direct communication with you. We do not engage in direct telemarketing and will never share your contact details with companies that do.
Similar to others in our industry, we occasionally send out newsletters and promotions via email to customers who have purchased our products or subscribed to our mailing list. If you choose to sign up for our newsletter, we'll use your email address exclusively to provide you with updates about Beetronics and related information. If at any point you wish to opt out of receiving communications from us, simply click the "unsubscribe" link in our emails, and we'll promptly remove you from our subscriber list.

WARRANTY
Limited Warranty Terms
Beetronics guarantees our products to be free from defects in material and workbeeanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. Should your Beetronics product experience any issues within this warranty period, we'll buzz to the rescue. We'll either repair or, at our discretion, replace the product at no cost to you, the original purchaser. And don't worry if the warranty has flown by – even after the year has buzzed off, we can still repair units for a reasonable cost, depending on the damage.
In the unlikely event of a malfunction, your sole recourse shall be repair or replacement, as described in the paragraphs above. We won't be held liable for damages resulting from any hive-ups with our product. Damages we can't beehive for include lost profits, lost savings, damage to other equipment, or any stinging incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our product. In no event will Beetronics be liable for more than the amount of the purchase price, not to exceed the current retail price of the product. We're bee-yond sorry, but we disclaim any other warranties, express or implied. By using our product, you're buzzing acceptance of all terms herein.
Bee-sclusions
This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using our product as recommended by Beetronics. But like any buzzing bee, our warranty doesn't cover loss or theft, and it doesn't fly for damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage, lightning, or natural disasters. Damage caused by any of these buzz-killing circumstances may result in a non-warranty repair fee.
Getting your pedal repaired:
If your product is experiencing a buzzkill, shoot us an email at support@beetronics.com for Return Authorization and information. We may need to see proof of original ownership in the form of a purchase receipt. Let's get your gear back to humming along in no time
