15-Day, No-Questions-Asked Returns

We want you to love your pedal. If it's not the right fit, you can return it within 15 days of your purchase date for a full refund, no questions asked.

How It Works

1. Get in touch with us at support@beetronicsfx.com and let us know you'd like to return your pedal (so we know it's on the way).
2. Pack it up securely, ideally in its original box and packaging.
3. Ship it back to us within 15 days of your purchase date.
4. Once we receive it, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

What We Ask

• Returns must be shipped within 15 days of the purchase date.
• Please include the pedal, and any accessories or packaging that came with it, so we can process your refund quickly.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the pedal arrived defective or damaged, in which case we've got you covered. Contact us and we'll make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we'll issue your refund promptly to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
