COMMON QUESTIONS
Is the Seabee Lite fully analog?
Yes. The sound path is true analog bucket brigade. The control side is digital for presets, MIDI, and extras, but your signal stays fully analog where it matters.
What’s the difference between Chorus and Vibee?
Chorus blends dry and wet, so your original tone stays intact with movement on top.
Vibee is fully wet, so everything goes into the modulation. Deeper, more intense, a little more out there.
What kind of sounds can I get out of it?
From classic 80s-style chorus to flangesque tones, to lo-fi, tape-like wobble. You can keep it clean and subtle, or push it into more textured, trippy territory.
Is it only for guitar?
Not at all. It works great on bass, keys, synths, anything really. The input level control lets you go from instrument to line level without issues.
Is it stereo?
Stereo out, mono in. You can choose between 2 stereo ouput options. Dry/Wet or a phase inverted option.
What's the current draw?
The Seabee Lite draws 250mA of current.
Are the presets easy to use?
Very. You’ve got 16 presets, easy to scroll and save with the footswitches. No menus, no digging, just quick access when you need it.
Why “Lite”? Is it missing anything?
The Seabee Harmochorus is a deep dive, built for people who like to explore every corner of what a chorus can do, including harmonizing and more complex routing.
The Seabee Lite takes a different approach. It focuses on great, classic-style chorus sounds, with a simpler and more immediate workflow. No harmonizing modes, no deep diving, just dial it in and play.
And even though it’s “Lite,” it still packs more features than most chorus pedals out there.
Is it going to make me sound better?
We’ll let you decide… but it definitely won’t hurt 🐝 maybee will sting a lil bit.
